Job Description
The Assistant Resident Manager is responsible for daily operations of assigned apartment buildings, including cleaning, administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include building maintenance, tenant assistance, paperwork management, and managing the rental office.
Requirements
- Regularly clean and maintain building common areas.
- Assist with unit cleaning after tenant move-out.
- Complete outdoor seasonal cleaning.
- Empty garbage containers.
- Assist with paperwork.
- Assist in apartment building management.
- Monitor phone and handle mail.
- Assist with rent collection and deposits.
