Building Operator, Live-In

The Building Operator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of assigned apartment buildings by completing general maintenance, administrative tasks, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service to tenants.

Requirements

• Relevant post-secondary education
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in HVAC equipment, BAS, and FAS in Class A residential complex
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and automobile insurance
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail/web)
• Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs
