Job Description
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining apartment building curb appeal and providing excellent customer service to tenants. This role involves regular cleaning of common areas, unit cleaning after tenant move-out, and seasonal outdoor upkeep. The position requires a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and providing a positive tenant experience.
Requirements
- High School diploma or relevant two (2) years’ experience in cleaning
- Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products and tools
- Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull, and go up and down stairs.
- Must be able to clean all floors, bathrooms, surfaces, and windows.
- Qualified to perform outdoor seasonal cleaning tasks.
