Job Description
Skyline is seeking a System Administrator to maintain their technology infrastructure and investigate and resolve issues related to IT systems. This role involves maintaining servers, mobile devices, cloud solutions, and network configurations, working with stakeholders, and documenting support processes. Requirements
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies
- Experience implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions
- Understanding and experience in ITIL framework (Incident, Change, Asset Management)
- Patience, patience, patience and a sense of humour
- Proficiency in TCP/IP networking and server configuration
- 2-3 years post-secondary education & 2 years relevant workplace experience OR equivalent
- Experience in Server and/or Virtualization, Operating Systems, and Storage Area Networks
