Job Description
Skyline Products Inc. is looking for a Field Service Engineer to represent the company in a highly professional, consultative, and customer-centric way. The ideal candidate will have excellent electronic troubleshooting skills and the ability to rise to a supervisory/managerial level.
Requirements
- Team oriented, able to work well with coworkers
- Excellent customer interfacing and communication skill
- Minimum of one year experience in basic electronics; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in the use of multi meters measuring AC and DC voltage
- Able to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams
- Proficient with MS Office
- Basic IP network troubleshooting experience
- Basic Linux/Unix command line experience is a plus
- Availability to travel up to 75% to customer sites; able to travel on short notice
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform in cold, noisy, stressful environments
- Able to work from a bucket truck at heights up to 75 feet
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
