Job Description
We are seeking an experienced semiconductor process engineer in the area of Copper Electroplating at our Austin, TX location. The process engineer will be responsible for maintaining the existing process ensuring production metrics are met and also drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline
- 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience
- Experience with Copper Electroplating at a semiconductor company
- Good data analysis skills and the ability to use tools such as JMP and SQL
