RadHard Integration Group Manager

SkyWater is searching for a RadHard Integration Group Manager for its Bloomington, MN site. The role reports into the Director of Platform Integration and leads one branch of the Platform Technology Service.

Requirements

• Lead an engineering team responsible for the development, qualification, and control of fabrication process flows
• Contribute to long-term strategy decisions
• Coordinate the Process Integration activity in support of customer-funded programs
• Actively drive the qualification milestones for process integration improvements
• Manage engineering resources and project budgets
• Define roles and responsibilities, measure performance against goals, and submit year-end performance appraisals for each direct report
• Mentor employees, foster professional development, and establish a talent pipeline
