Skyways is building a new generation of air transportation, offering autonomous and fully-electric unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). They are a rapidly growing startup supported by top investors, and are focused on bringing innovation to the aviation industry. The Customer Success team plays a crucial role in maintaining aircraft and ensuring customer success through on-site, direct interaction with customers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with drones, robotics, or electro mechanical systems.
• Experience in aircraft assemblies, systems, repairs, modifications and troubleshooting.
• Electrical experience and understanding, including wiring harness fabrication, multi-meter usage, and component testing.
• Strong troubleshooting ability for both hardware and software.
• Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with customers.
• Resourcefulness, problem solving, and composure in dynamic field environments.
