Skywire Networks is seeking a Director of Residential Sales to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of their residential broadband and voice services within the multi-family and MDU market.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in telecom, MDU/residential sales, or real estate access agreements.
- Familiarity with residential broadband and voice product offerings.
- Proven track record of closing high-value, multi-year bulk or ROE deals.
- Experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams in competitive markets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and financial modeling skills.
- Knowledge of New York-area real estate and telecommunications ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ROI-based deal modeling, and telecom provisioning processes.
- Existing relationships with NYC-area developers, property managers, and real estate groups a plus.
