Established in 2016, Slasify is a Singapore-based technology company operating with a fully remote team and is rapidly-growing through our EOR & payroll services rendered to businesses worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of B2B business development experience
• Previous experience in a consultative sales role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
• Strong understanding of the German business culture and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — both in German and English
