Job Description
Sleek is a fintech company revolutionizing the back-office process for micro SMEs, focusing on automation and customer delight. They have recently secured Series B funding and are rapidly growing as a leading player in the Asia-Pacific market. The role of Chief Financial Officer involves leading a global finance function and ensuring the company’s financial preparedness for potential IPOs.
Requirements
- At least 15 years experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership position
- Experience in a high growth SaaS or tech-enabled business
- Extensive experience interacting with Boards, institutional investors, and lenders
- Experience preparing a company for an IPO or similar capital market transactions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- CPA or CFA or equivalent qualification
