Job Description
Sleek is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead, grow, and empower high-performing product engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable software that directly advances Sleek’s business objectives. The role involves translating product vision and company strategy into clear technical direction, strong execution plans, and predictable delivery outcomes. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, 2+ years of experience managing and leading engineering teams, and a strong understanding of modern full-stack systems in production.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
- 2+ years experience managing and leading engineering teams
- Strong understanding of modern full-stack systems in production
- Experience delivering customer-facing products at scale
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Product and Design
- Hands-on experience with agile delivery and engineering best practices
- Experience hiring, coaching, and performance-managing engineers
- Ability to make sound technical and people decisions under ambiguity
