Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's ERM framework
• Facilitate annual and ongoing enterprise risk assessments
• Prepare and present risk reports to executive leadership, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors
• Lead the company's Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) program
• Oversee enterprise-level catastrophe risk governance
• Analyze enterprise risk and report on operational, vendor, technology, and cybersecurity risks
• Identify and assess emerging risks, including regulatory, legal, climate, market, and technology risks
• Promote a strong risk-aware culture across the organization
