Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager at Slingshot Aerospace, you will be responsible for software planning, implementation, delivery, and management, ensuring organization, clarity, focus, and efficacy in our Agile delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related technical field
• 3 + Years of project management and/or product owner experience with software product development
• 3+ years Scrum Master or equivalent experience in a high-agility environment
• Experience and proficiency in managing projects under multiple SDLC methodologies, including agile/scrum and waterfall
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills to protect and support your team's productivity and focus
• Proficiency and experience using Jira including advanced roadmaps and other development collaboration software tools
• Superb analytical skills; adept at identifying and applying data to make smart decisions and influence outcomes
• Experience delivering to market a software product from start to finish
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams including UI/UX Designers, Product Managers and Business Stakeholders associated with a technical project
• Broad understanding of modern engineering methodologies, cloud software technologies and infrastructure techniques
