Job Description
Slower Bar BQ is hiring an experienced Catering Sales Manager to oversee all aspects of catering operations, including staff, menu planning, event coordination, and customer service. This sales position will involve both inbound inquiries and event execution. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a drive to build sales.
Requirements
- 1+ years catering experience preferred
- Proven sales building track record in prior roles
- High degree of initiative
- Caterease or Delphi experience preferred
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years of food and bev management experience
