Machine Learning Engineer

Smadex is a leading advertising technology company founded in Barcelona in 2011. We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and contribute to our state-of-the-art deep learning models.

Requirements

• Very strong coding ability in at least one of the following: Python, Scala, Java
• Knowledge of Bitbucket/Git version tools
• Experience in machine learning and predictive modelling: deep neural networks, logistic regression, clustering and time series analysis & auto-regressive models
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical significance tests)
• Experience working with SQL and data warehousing
• Problem solving oriented mentality and a very proactive approach
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and sense of accountability
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task in a results-oriented business environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Fluency in English
