Senior Accountant

The senior accountant is responsible for centralized accounting functions, supporting the accounting manager and managing month-end activities. This is a fast-paced role in a growing company.

Requirements

• Directly support the accounting manager
• Month-end close procedures (journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, etc.)
• Presentation of monthly financial results to the Controller
• Support annual financial statement audit requests
• Journal entry and reconciliation review
• Intercompany bookings and reconciliation
• Percentage of Completion accounting for the entire division (monthly calculations and review)
• Payroll Processing
• Cash and accounts payable management, including payment processing to vendors
• Recording of vendor invoices
