Project Manager - Construction

We are Hiring Project Manager - Construction to develop and implement project plans, oversee project execution, and manage project budgets and timelines. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project designs are feasible and meet all specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, PMP certification is a plus.
