Job Description
Conduct daily calls to prospective leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into enrollments. Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the institute's courses and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in all three languages (English, Sinhala, and Tamil) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Target-driven with a passion for education and learning
- Ability to work half a day on Saturdays
