Senior Manager - Cloud Engineering

As a Senior Manager - Cloud Engineering, you will lead, coach, grow and support a geographically distributed team of DevOps engineers across our robust portfolio of test management products.

Requirements

• 7+ years leading Cloud / DevOps teams
• BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• English at least on B2 Level
• Knowledge and experience with public and private cloud technologies, preferably AWS
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Ability to turn high level requirements into actionable plans with projected target dates
• Experience working in a global environment and managing multi-site teams preferred
• Ability to coach engineers across all seniority levels, with demonstrated history of growth/promotion among coached team members
• Curious problem solver
