SmarTek21 is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team and contribute to growth in the software and SaaS space. Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in tech)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-starter mindset with resilience and drive
- Comfort using CRMs, prospecting tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about software solutions
