Process Engineer

Smarter Alloys is looking for a Process Engineer to help scale and optimize wire production processes. The role involves analyzing and improving production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or similar field)
• 2–5 years of experience in a process, manufacturing, or production engineering role
• Familiarity with QMS systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, SPC)
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process validation, and root cause analysis techniques
