Smartling is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the US Sales Team in driving new business across North America. The ideal candidate will execute established processes while introducing effective new approaches.
Requirements
- Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions and services to Enterprise-sized businesses
- 2-4 years of sales management experience within B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated history of exceeding quotas and driving complex sale cycles
- Expertise in building and scaling high-performing sales strategies that generate a qualified pipeline and close revenue
- Ability to build strong strategic relationships and drive executive-level conversations with C-suite stakeholders
- Experience hiring and developing talent through targeted training, mentorship, and performance management
- Successful history of driving collaboration across internal teams and executive stakeholders
- Superior analytical and creative thinking skills; entrepreneurial spirit and desire to identify and drive new revenue streams
- Experience with either Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC sales methods
- Experience with the Salesforce platform
- Bachelor's degree or higher
