Job Description
Smartly is seeking a Head of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to lead their SRE team and drive infrastructure development. The role involves building and scaling a fully automated infrastructure, utilizing both cloud and bare metal solutions, and promoting a DevOps culture. They aim to automate infrastructure as much as possible and tackle challenging technical problems.
Requirements
- Experience leading and building high-performing teams
- Experience in large-scale, high-availability distributed infrastructure
- Experience with agile development and pragmatic problem-solving
- Ability to deliver constructive feedback
- Understanding of 24/7 on-call operations
- Ability and willingness to work from a hybrid office (3 days/week)
