Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building and managing an enterprise sales team
- Marketing, Media, and/or AdTech background
- Experience with senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making
- Ability to explain complex concepts in terms of value and successfully attract new business
- Ability to lead by example and believe in the power of self-organizing teams
