Lead Educator

SmartPlay Early Learners in Caboolture is seeking a part-time Lead Educator to develop and implement a play-based educational program for the School Aged Care program. The role focuses on fostering holistic child development, building strong relationships with families, and providing a safe and nurturing environment. This position involves creating an enriched Early Years curriculum and ensuring children’s safety.

Requirements

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education or 50% completion
• 1+ year’s experience in a lead role in a centre
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR, and Asthma certification
• Current Paid Working with Children’s Check
• Experience and knowledge of NQF, NQS, and the EYLF
• Confident in the use of technology
• Highly motivated
• Servant heart and vibrant Christian faith
