Mid/Senior Product Manager

SmartRecruiters is looking for a strong Product Manager to join their team and help drive the continued evolution of their product suite. The role offers the opportunity to work on products used at scale by recruiting teams at thousands of companies worldwide.

Requirements

• Collaborate with other product managers, engineering, and designers
• Partner with product triad to drive product discovery
• Help define success metrics and support the team in delivering measurable customer outcomes
• Work closely with Product Marketing to support messaging and positioning
• Engage directly with customers to gather insights and inform product decisions
• Represent product area in cross-functional discussions and communicate progress, tradeoffs, and priorities clearly
• Support delivery of complex initiatives by identifying dependencies and coordinating with partner teams
