Vice President, Product Marketing

SmartRecruiters is seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing to lead the global Product Marketing function, ensuring alignment across all key audiences to support our ambitious growth goals. The role will be responsible for defining the global PMM vision and strategy, leading Product, Customer and Partner Marketing functions, and overseeing the Customer Marketing function.

Requirements

• Deep, executive-level experience in Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven success in managing a product portfolio, driving high-impact GTM strategy
• Expertise in strategic Pricing & Packaging, Positioning and Messaging, Relations, and developing global segmentation and persona strategies
• Proven ability to operate at the ELT level, driving cross-functional projects and communicating complex market and product strategy to executive stakeholders
• A track record of building and leading high-performing teams across Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and/or Channel Marketing functions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to serve as a public-facing spokesperson and market evangelist
