Housekeeping Supervisor

SmartStay is a holiday homes company offering luxury furnished apartments in Dubai. They are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to manage guest facilities, team, and quality control. The role involves daily cleaning, room inspection, and ensuring a welcoming environment while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, hotel, or holiday home environments is preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to use mobile apps for following up on checklists and reporting maintenance issues.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
• Must be available to start immediately.
