Job Description
Maintains the Management office and control day-to-day operations of the Property, maintains an effective command for overall management of staff, and processes invoices for management approval. Tracks AMC/Warranty/Defect Liability Period- HVAC, DG, BMS, CCTV contracts, maintenance calls, and emergency projects. Manages critical relationships with client, tenants, and key vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience required – 2 to 53 years
- Strong knowledge of maintaining building facility
- Should have hands on experience on MEP
- Engineering/ Technical degree or diploma
