We’re looking for an Insight Director to supercharge growth across multiple Retail Media Networks (RMNs). You’ll turn data into powerful stories, strategies, and results, driving impact for some of the biggest brands and retailers in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insight, analytics, or strategy roles within media, retail, or related sectors
- Strong operational leadership skills, with the ability to embed efficiencies and drive automation in partnership with technical teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create frameworks that guide the evolution of insight propositions across retailers
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior decision-makers and build trusted partnerships
- Skilled storyteller with the ability to translate complex data into simple, compelling, and commercially impactful narratives
- Strong team leadership capability, able to coach, motivate, and develop individuals across multiple levels
