Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
• Working knowledge of FEDEX, UPS and other online systems used in shipping processes
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to initiate and retrieve tracking information from carrier
• High energy
• Manual dexterity
