Sports Medicine Associate Sales Representative (Milwaukee, WI)

We are seeking an Associate Sales Representative for our Sports Medicine team in Milwaukee, WI. As a member of the team, you will provide clinical case coverage, assist with inventory management, and consult with surgeons and hospital staff on Smith+Nephew instrumentation and implants. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum (2) two years sales experience in medical device industry preferred
• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry, specifically selling orthopedic products
• Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level
• Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives
