Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
• Experience in fast-growth start-up roles
• Collaboration with engineering teams
• Ability to influence and build connections with people from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of ATS (Greenhouse)
• Proactivity, initiative, and ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
