Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer based in the Stirling Depot covering the North West of Scotland. The role involves maintaining Volvo construction equipment, identifying mechanical problems, seeking revenue opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent contract requiring overtime hours.

Requirements

• Formal engineering qualification (NVQ 3/C&G) in Plant Maintenance, Agricultural/HGV Mechanics or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in repair and maintenance of heavy construction plant (diesel, transmissions, drives, hydraulics, and electricity).
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and understanding of hydraulics, electrics, and EATS.
• Proficiency in computer systems and Outlook.
• High level of attention to detail and conscientiousness.
