Financial Accountant

The Finance team in Duxford is seeking a detail-focused and proactive Financial Accountant. This role involves providing direct support to the Head of Accounting & Control, maintaining robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and strong compliance. The position requires strong communication and working with colleagues across Finance, the Group, and external auditors.

Requirements

• Finalist (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) from either practice or industry experience
• Solid experience in a similar financial accounting role
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly motivated and organised
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage own workload effectively
