Marketing and Communications Project Manager

SNA International is seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Project Manager to lead strategic outreach, branding, and communications efforts for the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) management contract.

Requirements

• Lead and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy
• Develop content for the NamUs website, social media, newsletters, public reports, and educational materials
• Design and manage national outreach campaigns
• Partner with NIJ communications staff to coordinate public messaging, press releases, and media engagement
• Monitor performance analytics to track campaign effectiveness and optimize communications strategies
• Produce reports summarizing outreach outcomes, stakeholder engagement metrics, and return on investment (ROI) for marketing efforts
• Support the development of training, outreach, and awareness materials
• Provide subject-matter input for presentations, conferences, and professional engagements representing NamUs
• Collaborate with forensic, case management, and IT teams to ensure technical accuracy and consistency of communications
