Technical Writer

Snap Finance is looking for a Technical Writer to help bring their technology and products to life by delivering timely and impactful process documentation, maintaining the company's knowledge base systems, and assisting with delivery of regular product updates to various audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a major or emphasis in Technical Communication
• Three to five years of experience in either procedure writing, software documentation, or technical writing
• Experience collaborating with SMEs in software or other technical fields
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
