We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a Data Products and Infrastructure team, which builds and owns Snap's largest data processing pipelines and Big Data Infrastructure.

Requirements

• Manage and mentor a team of backend and full-stack developers
• Build infrastructure for data processing at Snap with large scale distributed systems
• Set the strategy, build a roadmap, create measurable goals, and lead your team to deliver
• Collaborate with Product, Operation, Data Science and Engineering teams, and executive stakeholders
• Evaluate the technical tradeoffs of major decisions and be a strong technical mentor
• Hire, grow and retain high-performing team members
