Job Description
We're looking for a Scrum Master to join our Agile Chapter at Snapp, where you'll facilitate Agile processes, remove impediments, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within teams. You'll work with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities. If you have 2+ years of experience in large-scale product and multiple cross-functional teams, advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks, and strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in large-scale product and multiple cross-functional teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks, Familiarity with common Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Proficient in English, Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate and guide people, Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- BA/BS in computer science and a technical background preferred
