Compliance IT Officer

Snappi is a neobank building financial freedom through technology. They are seeking an IT Compliance Officer to build and strengthen their compliance framework, working with regulatory compliance, policy maintenance, and supporting senior stakeholders. This role requires a blend of IT and regulatory expertise, and a focus on ensuring digital operations comply with evolving regulations.

Requirements

• 3–7 years in digital industries (Fintech, Financial Services, or Compliance-focused IT Software Providers)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Law
• Knowledge of AMLR, Digital regulatory framework, EUDIW, eIDAS2.0
• Industry-specific regulations (PCI-DSS, PSR, PSD2, ISR)
• Technical Skills like Data analytics and cloud security
