Security Operations Engineer

Snappi is building a neobank in Greece and is seeking a Security Operations Engineer (Associate Level) to join their growing Security Operations team. The role focuses on monitoring, maintaining, and improving security platforms, ensuring data integrity and security, and supporting vulnerability management initiatives. The position involves both operational tasks and technical problem-solving.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a Security Operations, SOC, or Cloud Security role.
• Basic understanding of Azure security architecture, identity protection, and cloud security principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, and Purview DLP.
• Foundational knowledge of incident response, SIEM, and EDR concepts.
• Basic scripting or automation skills (KQL, PowerShell, or Python) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
