Job Description
Snappr is seeking a People Operations Specialist to oversee compensation and benefits. This role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and ensuring employees are well-supported with benefits. The specialist will be responsible for payroll administration, benefit design, vendor management, and data analysis to enhance employee experience and improve company performance. They will contribute to building a positive and high-performing culture.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in administering payroll and benefits
- At least 1 year of experience in collaborating with HR and management in designing and improving compensation and benefits programs
- Extensive knowledge of payroll procedures, HMO administration, government benefits, and current labor rules and regulations
- Strong spreadsheet skills to analyze data and solve problems
- Great knowledge of market salary ranges and familiarity with Total Rewards
