As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a cloud engineering team on varied customer projects while architecting cloud-centric solutions. You will help customers achieve robust availability, resilience, and scalability in their cloud-based products.

- Leading and mentoring cloud engineering teams
- Providing direct line management, coaching, and professional development
- Fostering a high-performing, technically excellent team
- Owning the end-to-end solution as a key decision-maker
- Facilitating customer workshops, refinement sessions, and planning discussions
- Driving recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Championing engineering best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
- Architecting and implementing complex AWS infrastructures
- Reviewing and remediating customer solutions using the AWS Well-Architected Framework
- Driving migrations from on-premises and other cloud providers into AWS
- Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Defining infrastructures as code with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Staying up to date with AWS innovations and driving SnapSoft’s AWS Partner journey
