Job Description
SnapSoft is seeking a Legal Counsel to oversee all legal matters, ensuring compliance, risk management, and strategic legal support across jurisdictions. The role involves building and leading the in-house legal function, advising on commercial contracts, compliance, employment law, IP protection, and risk management.
Requirements
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Ensure GDPR, SOC2, and global data protection compliance
- Manage intellectual property strategy and protection
- Advise on employment law across multiple jurisdictions
- Identify and mitigate potential legal and contractual risks
- Manage customer contract liabilities and dispute resolution
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements
