Facility Maintenance Lead Energy

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Lead Energy to join our team in Richland, WA. The role oversees maintenance programs, facilitates vendors, and ensures optimal functioning of building systems. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of field experience, with 3 years of increasingly responsible facility maintenance experience. The job requires effective verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to manage and/or monitor multiple projects.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree in a related technical field or a minimum of 5 years field experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with repairs, maintenance, startup and testing of facility processes and/or systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Evidence of insurability
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, database applications and spreadsheets
