Job Description
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Team Lead to join our regional team to provide staff leadership and support business development activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, 12 years of relevant experience, and strong business acumen and client-facing skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) with APEGA, and willing to become a member in other provinces
- Minimum 12 years’ of relevant experience in Electrical consulting across market verticals, including at least 3 years in managing/coordinating technical teams
- Strong business acumen and client facing skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and relevant industry standards
- Demonstrable experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience supervising, mentoring, and motivating a team of engineers and designers
- Willing to travel occasionally within and outside of Alberta
- AutoCAD or Revit experience is an asset
- PMP designation or CAPM certification is an asset
