Job Description
A full service architecture, land planning, and interiors firm is seeking a Project Manager or Job Captain to design high-end luxury residential properties. The role involves developing design solutions under the guidance of a senior architect, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating project scope. The firm is award-winning and recognized for sustainable design.
Requirements
- Develop design and technical solutions under supervision
- Prepare design solutions for small projects
- Knowledge of local City and County codes
- Coordinate project design and manage small projects
- Develop creative-design concepts
- Professional architectural or design degree preferred
- Proficient in CAD systems (Revit)
- Proficient in rendering and presentation software (Lumion, Enscape)
- Ability to work independently on architectural design projects
