The Head of Sourcing & Purchasing will be responsible for developing and implementing a stable sourcing and procurement strategy that prioritizes efficiency and sustainability. The role will involve leading a central department and building strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Studies: Completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Economics, or a comparable field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in supplier and supply chain management.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiator who can achieve win-win solutions with partners.
• Analytical Competence: Well-developed cost awareness and ability to make data-based decisions.
• Communication Strength: Clear and convincing communication in German and English.
