Personal Assistant (m/w/d)

As a Personal Assistant, you will support Belinda Kliesch and Johannes Kliesch in their professional and private daily lives, handling tasks such as organization, travel arrangements, dog care, and meal planning. You will also bring order to organizational processes and ensure transparency. You will work in a dynamic and modern working environment with a flat hierarchy and agile working methods.

Requirements

• First professional experience in the assistant area, office management, hotel management, event organization, or similar roles.
• Organization talent through and through - structured, reliable, detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and professional interaction with different stakeholders.
• Flexible and solution-oriented, you keep your cool, even when it gets spontaneous.
• Tools like Asana, Gmail/Google Suite, calendar management are second nature to you.
• Dog affinity and ideally already experience in handling dogs are a major plus point.
